It seamlessly aggregates real-time data from diverse sources, including HVAC systems, lighting devices, and IoT sensors, supporting various protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and OPC-UA, as well as transmission media like Bluetooth, Zigbee, and Wi-Fi. The gateway also facilitates the integration of monitoring alarms (Auto Fire Alarm, Fall detection, Smart Toilet, Occupancy, Water leakage, Power usage and quality) to and from BMS, enabling real-time tracking of critical events and system anomalies. Additionally, it is optimized to interface with a wide range of IAQ IoT sensors, including those monitoring CO2 levels, temperature, pressure and PM2.5, ensuring comprehensive environmental monitoring, data standardization, and enhanced operational awareness.
